Hello Spinners Family-

The Jr. Spinners staff is hoping that all our families are safe and healthy during this difficult time.  We will continue to update you on information as we receive it from the Premier Baseball Conference and all our vendors.  It is our goal to make this season about learning, development and taking advantage of opportunities as they present themselves.

The Jr. Spinners Baseball Club will be sending videos via Facebook, Twitter and Instagram in the upcoming days and moving forward.  The videos will be anything from player challenges and engagement to helpful skills and drills that you can do at home and even baseball trivia to win cool prizes.

We look forward to our families engagement and to making sure baseball stays present in our lives as we continue to find ways to get ready for the season.  Be on the lookout for our first video tonight.

As you know Gametime Sports and Fitness is closed to any team or group activities; at this time we are by strict appointment only for private lessons.  If there are lesson requests please let me know and we will get you set up with an instructor.

"Baseball is a lot like life. It's a day-to-day existence, full of ups and downs. You make the most of your opportunities in baseball as you do in life."

All Chelmsford winter clinics will be postponed for tonight 530-7pm and 7-830pm till at least after April vacation.

Practices will be held as normal this weekend at GameTime, but will not hold those accountable who do not decide to participate. We ask that you please use your own discretion upon attending.
With the impact of the Coronavirus, GameTime has been taking every measure to ensure a clean and healthy environment. We have added 4 hand sanitizing stations, been consistently cleaning all doorknobs, bathrooms and turf and basketball areas.

Please DO NOT bring your athlete to the facility if they are not feeling well, have a fever or have been symptomatic.

We have also spoken extensively with the PBC personnel. As of right now, aside from the Opening Day, we are still planning to start the seasons on April 5. We will continue to provide updates regularly regarding schedules and practices.

REMINDER: ALL practices this weekend are still on at GAMETIME.

Good Afternoon Spinners and GameTime Family,

With the the current concerns of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) we wanted to reach out to our Spinners family to address how it will relates to our practices, games, and GameTime Sports and fitness. We are currently still holding practices as scheduled and GameTime Sports and Fitness will continue to be open for its scheduled hours. We will be enhancing our cleaning procedures to ensure the safety of our Spinners Community which are discussed below.

Keeping GameTime Sports and Fitness Clean:

We will be increasing our daily cleaning procedures to include regularly sanitizing door knobs, handles, sinks, faucets and high hand trafficked area such as our lobbies, bathrooms and equipment at GameTime Sports and Fitness. Additionally, ALL players/visitors will continue to wipe their hands with antibacterial wipes before entering the gym.

What You Can Do To Help:
We will also provide hand sanitizing stations and encourage you to use them as long as our supplies last.  Here are some safety practices that the Center For Disease Control says will help us to all stay healthy:

  • Please Wash hands before and after class for 20 seconds or more with soap and water or use alcohol-based hand sanitizer. We have asked staff to do the same.
  • Please DO NOT come to the GameTime Sports and Fitness or practices if you or your child are not feeling well, including but not limited to fever, cough, common cold symptoms. We have asked staff to do the same.
  • Avoid touching face, eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands
  • Cover coughs or sneezes with a tissue/elbow.
  • Get plenty of sleep and eat healthy to support your immune system.

We know you are concerned about this situation and we share your concerns and we are taking this very serious. We are focused on being proactive so that your child can continue participating in the 2020 season! As we work together to practice healthy habits, we look forward to continuing to serve players and their families of our community!

Thank you to our parents, players, and staff for doing your part to keep our Spinners community healthy.
